Once again, on the first day of high school— I wanted to remember and document Evan’s beginning chapter. I sat him down on the front door step and took his photo. He was a little apprehensive about going to school. He has a look of expectancy and determination. Boys at this age are all hands and feet, while their torso hasn’t increased in size. His round face is still here. Boys enter high school and come out as young men.
